DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

While we take every care to ensure your goods are packaged in a way that protects them during transit, very occasionally damage does occur. Of course we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this issue may cause.

In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us immediately at costore@walker-clay.comfor resolution. Our standard policy is to re-ship replacements for the damaged goods and file a claim with shipping carrier. 

In order to effectively collect the claim, we'll ask you to provide us with as much information as possible about the damaged item(s) and the state of the packaging it arrived in. Please keep all packaging as received until you receive notice from us with further instructions.
